30-Day Return Policy
At Katherine Jean, we stand behind the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@katherinejean.co. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We request that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly. This will enable us to evaluate the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to initiate a return, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If you are having merchandise shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria apply as mentioned earlier, including the item's condition and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please keep in mind that the time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, please contact us at info@katherinejean.co.
